Returns

• Timeframe: You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return for an eligible item.

• Condition: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

• Final Sale Items: Please note that items marked as "final sale" are not eligible for return or refund.

Return Shipping

• Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Restocking Fee

• A 30% restocking fee will be applied to all returns. This amount will be deducted from your total refund.

Refunds

• Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

• If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
